We have conserved the old building by thorough restoration,
which is in keeping with the essence of the building.
The hostel is very accessible, being located on the ground
floor of a stone house, surrounding a central courtyard.
We have seven rooms (shared and private),
meeting the needs of every visitor.
The living room is carved into the rock; it is an old winery,
where my grandfather made wine and spirits in the past.
Upon entering you will find an atmosphere of warmth
and shelter, with large wooden beams, and you
can almost smell the still (alembic). Cool place on hot days
and homely when cold thanks to the heat provided
by the stove.
The courtyard receives both sun and shade,
and is quiet being sheltered from the noisy street.
A good place to rest.
